Trade Marketing CoordinatorAbout the Position
The Trade Marketing Team (Trade Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Associates, Category Analysts and Coordinator) is considered the link between Field Sales and the internal Dogswell Team (Marketing, Product Development, Operations, etc). This team leads the development and execution of Channel and Account specific marketing plans that drive shopper awareness, trial and repeat purchases of Dogswell Products.
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Updating Pricing/Specification sheets by customer
• Updating cost of goods worksheet for Trade Team
• Ensuring all materials for customer meetings are printed, shipped or ordered
• Preparing new distribution paperwork for accounts
• Coding credit memos and budget tracking
• Assist in Trade Show coordination (samples, paperwork, etc.)
• Managing distribution of UNFI ads
• Manage sales representative shipments (launch info, trade documentation, samples)
• Manage hours/execution of in store demonstrations
• Invoicing coupons
• Creating competitive analysis
The ideal candidate is/has:

• A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, take initiative and work in a team environment
• Detail Oriented
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Professional appearance
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Compensation
32-35k including base plus bonus
Full insurance benefits, 10 days paid vacation, holidays and up to 5 days sick leave annually

Jr Trade Accounts Associate
JR TRADE ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATE

About the Position
The Trade Marketing Team is considered the link between Field Sales and the internal Dogswell Team (Marketing, Product Development, Operations, etc). This team leads the development and execution of Channel and Account specific marketing plans that drive shopper awareness, trial and repeat purchases of Dogswell Products.
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Jr Trade Accounts Associate enhances brand equity and drives profitable business growth by executing strategies to maximize selling opportunities across a variety of retailers.
Responsibilities:
• Acts as liaison between sales and L.A. Office as a project manager
• Provide customer account and analysis perspective in creation of trade plans
• Manage sales planning, strategy, pricing and promotion for select accounts with measurable goals
• Attends sales calls with select accounts
• Supports Trade Marketing Manager in the creation of presentations and analysis of data
Requirements:
• BA/BS in business
• 2-3 years experience with a mixed functional background in sales, marketing, trade marketing and category management (Preferred)
• Must be results driven
• Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities
• Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Must possess strong presentation skills, including but not limited to Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent customer service skills
Compensation:
Salary DOE. Full insurance benefits, 10 days paid vacation, holidays and up to 5 days sick leave annually.
