Melissa Astete
Product Manager
An old-timer at DOGSWELL®, Melissa joined the company in 2005 as the company’s Marketing Specialist and fondly remembers the days when she was working out of the CEO's living room. She was promoted in 2007 to Product Manager, a position in which she manages product development projects for DOGSWELL®. The reigning Pub Crawl Champion, there is no challenge Melissa will shy away from. From running marathons in elementary school to pole vaulting her way through USC, Melissa likes to keep things exciting. Her latest athletic pursuit is the triathlon, an event in which she has beaten the CEO at twice. Melissa’s favorite things include boba, crème brulee, movies, and bands you’ve never heard of. Although she lives in Southern CA, she has an improbable fondness of scarves. Melissa loves animals of all types and is the proud owner of Lucy, a 2-year-old pug. She hopes to one day own a chameleon and launch the ‘Lizards’well line.
